Immersive Effects by FayaDiscord Server (Fixed link)    /    Installation    /    Progress Board (Revamped)Personally, this is my best and favorite plugin. If you fire your weapon, there will be a small camera shake each time you fire, simulating a recoil effect. A heartbeat will play when you're in a firefight, aiming at an armed person, if you've been injured, or even when you're being chased by a dog. The camera shake is also used for other features, such as a big car collision, loss of health, and more. Below is a list showing all features. If there is a feature you do not want, each one can be disabled individually in the settings. Click here to watch a preview of some of the v1.3.0 features.⚠️ The changelog is pretty big. I recommend you read it.Visual Effect Triggers- Firefight- Vehicle Collisions- Loss of health- Reloading- High-speed emergency braking- Handbrake- Jumping- Falling Audio Effect Triggers (So far, only hearbeat effect)- Firefight- Aiming at an armed person- Hand-to-hand combat- Severe injury Menu- Camera shake intensity setting- Weapon recoil intensity setting- Audio effect toggling- Save, revert, and reset featureUse X + 3 to open the menu, where you can change the intensity of the camera shakes or disable any audio effects.

This is a pack based on KHP's Troop A Region, which covers the Kansas City metro area including Johnson County, Wyandotte County, Miami County and Leavenworth County. While the smallest troop geographically, they are the busiest in the state. As KHP retires vehicles at only 49,500 miles, the fleet in this pack is kind of outdated, but I'm waiting on parts for some of their newest vehicles. Needless to say, I worked my ass off on this pack, so please enjoy. Included are 21 vehicle models and 42 liveries. Spotlights can be toggled by pressing H.   All vehicles are based on real life between unit numbers, patterns and equipment as close as possible.   Vehicles included: Spoiler KHP-Slicktop Silver Charger KHP2-Slicktop Blue Charger (Newer Slicktop setup) KHP3-Black Allegiant Charger KHP4-Black Slicktop Charger KHP5-White Slicktop 21 Durango KHP6-Black Slicktop 21 Durango 470 (Blue/White Flashing Spotlight) KHP7-White 21 Durango Allegiant (4 skins) KHP8-White 21 Durango Allegiant (4 skins) KHP9-Grey 21 Durango Allegiant, Split Rear MPs (3 skins) KHP10-Black 21 Durango Allegiant (3 skins) KHP11-Black 21 Durango Allegiant (2 skins, Red/Whiteflashing spotlight) KHP12-Black 21 Durango Slicktop (4 skins) KHP13-Black 21 Durango Slicktop (2 skins) KHP14-White 21 Durango Allegiant (3 skins) KHP15-White Slicktop 2019 FPIU KHPK9-Silver K-9 21 Durango KHPPIO-Retro 21 Durango, Troop A PIO vehicle KHPU-Unmarked 21 Durango, Captain's unit KHPU2-Unmarked 21 Durango, pushbar, Captain's unit KHPChally-Dodge Challenger Slicktop KHPA-Dodge Charger Blue Slicktop ALPR   INSTALL (YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE DLC!!!! THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT WITHOUT EDITING A SHIT TON OF META FILES) USE MY DISCORD FOR SUPPORT! Spoiler This pack will only contain a DLC option. There a various .metas that are required for the vehicles to function properly.   You will need a gameconfig file for limitless vehicles. I recommend this: https://github.com/pnwparksfan/gameconfig NEXT   Go here: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks Paste the entire "KHP" folder containing the DLC into here Navigate here : D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data Find your dlclist.xml, left click edit, scroll to the bottom Copy this line. The one right here : <Item>dlcpacks:/khp/</Item> Paste that in the bottom, following the same format as all the other entries. Install your necessary ELS files in the normal place.   If you follow these instructions, and don't fuck anything up, you're good to go. PLEASE MAKE A GOD DAMN BACKUP, IM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BREAK YOUR SHIT. I know these might be a little harsh for some people, but if you saw my DM's after this kind of stuff you would understand. That's partly why I never release. Install shamelessly stolen from Infidel FAQs:   ADD THE GRAPPLER TAHOE/MUSTANG- No. There is a lack of reference/parts at the moment. If I do those, they will go on discord long before here.   My lights are dim- You need to install a light enhancing mod   Make it replace instead of DLC- No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add without completely bricking their game. This takes 5 minutes and is the easiest way.   Change something for my personal taste- No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.   Change it to Los Santos instead of the real life name- No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game. XYZ is wrong- I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.   Making them respond as backup- Watch one of these videos depending on what backup you use: Spoiler

Jedahdiah's Old Patreon Packs 2.1Release date: March 2023Credits last updated: October 2026Last file update: October 2026----------------------------------------------------------------Information:Hello everyone! The time has come to begin releasing the older packs from Patreon. It was beginning to clutter up my hardrive anyway. It should tide you all over month to month whilst I try and get out more public packs. This will be updated everytime the Patreon previous packs have been updated, so roughly every couple of months. In here you'll find old liveries, older mini-packs and so on. This is being released 'as is': I.E. there are no updates or support for these older packs. This currently covers 2020-2024, with further being added as it cycles through. You WILL have to sift through these yourself, it's not up to me to tell you where everything is. Some packs have been merged for ease, newer packs are labelled 'DLC' as they use the DLC.rpfs for packs and some packs have screenshots, others I have added an OpenIV preview screenshot. I have provided guidance in the spoilers below. ----------------------------------------------------------------Installation instructions:- Each pack should come with it's own set of installation instructions. Some are DLC, and some are simple replace.----------------------------------------------------------------FAQ:- As said before, I will not be providing support in installing these files or troubleshooting- No, I will not be updating the packs within these downloads, nor adding additional vehicles- Templates used can be found as a file in a download in my discord server- DO NOT USE the review system on the sites for reporting installation issues, issues already reported, or for anything other than review.- Please use the comments section on the sites and see if your solution to the issue is there, and if not, leave a comment or join my discord and    open a support ticket- NO AI was used in the making of any of this, including models, textures, liveries, text, description, etc. (Those who know me know I despise AI)----------------------------------------------------------------Download guidance:SpoilerAs of May 2025, I have updated the files in these downloads:Old Dumpfiles:- These files originate as incompleted projects, concept projects or abandoned projects - You will have to sift through these yourselves, and some contain old vehicles and vehicles, both complete and incomplete- Some folders come with screenshots, some do not. Old Patreon Mini-packs:- Most mini-packs have been streamlined into one whole pack- Pre-2023, all files come as replace without a DLC.rpf and therefore you may need to rename them to the slot you want- Post-2023, most files come as replace/addon within DLC.rpf, and therefore may seem easier to install- If a pack doesn't have a screenshot, I have added most packs with a OpenIV preview, so you can see what the pack looks like- Some previous packs that were available were removed, this is because they have been publicly released and can be found on my downloads page- Names of the packs and the year to find them in can be found in the spoiler below A list of name's of the mini-packs to help you find what you want in which download: (Dumpfiles are not named, and are a free for all)(2025 previous packs will be released in Jan 2027)SpoilerAll old Patreon mini-packs2021: Blaine County Sheriff Dept minipackChumash TWP minipackLos Santos Transit Authority minipackSan Andreas State Patrol minipackSandy Shores TWP minipackUnmarked minipackLSPD Ghost Units minipackLos Santos Port Authority minipackModesto styled minipackPaleto Police minipackFranklin Co. Dynamic Lighting System v2.0.0   Discord Server for pre-release versions, bug reporting, and other ways to talk with people interested in DLS! GitHub Repository for access to DLS's source code. Youtube Playlist to check some stuff that was done with DLS.   Welcome to Dynamic Lighting System, a full-fledged light control system that allows for in-depth control of the vehicle's lighting system.   REQUIREMENTS RagePluginHook version .78+ (Recommended) SirenSetting Limit Adjuster OVERVIEW OF FEATURES Multiple custom stages for non-ELS vehicles without taking up the vehicle's extras; Fully setup and customizable siren control with configurable and add-on sirens; Ability to create numerous additional features like SCAN, Blackout, Steady Burn...; Easy to set up for new vehicles (without changes to the model itself or the default .meta files); A lot more... DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DLS? Read all documentation included with DLS and verify any custom XMLs you made to make sure you haven't made a mistake while editing/creating configurations. If still giving errors, post it there or on my Discord Server or as an issue on the GitHub repository.      DLS IS OPEN-SOURCE! DLS is and will always be an open-source project and nothing around it will be behind a paywall. If you're someone with C# experience or programming experience in general and feel like contributing to DLS the help would be surely appreciated.      IMPORTANT INFORMATION DLS is not compatible with ELS as of release and there are no plans to support them. All vehicle configuration is set up in an external .xml file and allows for vehicle developers to still share the vehicle as functional non-ELS vehicles with all regular features. DLS is still in active development and future features are already planned. Do not post questions as Reviews as I'll not be able to answer it properly that way.      CREDITS @PNWParksFan, w.. [w/#7263] and @Lieutenant Dan for helping immensely in the development process. @cp702 for developing the amazing SirenSetting Limit Adjuster which will enable plenty of different carcols for numerous vehicles in GTA V. AlexanderLB for designing a siren controller that inspired the one used in DLS.

Hello everyone! As you’ve seen, the new “Bottom Dollar Bounties” update introduces several new vehicles that we’ve integrated into LSPDFR. Alongside these additions, there have been a few behind-the-scenes changes necessitating updates from developers for their mods.   In this news post, I’ll outline the updates for the most commonly used mods in the LSPDFR community and provide guidance on what needs updating. While the focus is on the LSPDFR community, I’ll also include general information beneficial to any user of GTA V modifications.

MTFOEnhance traffic control and AI behavior when you are responding to a call with your lights and siren active. MTFO aims to create a more realistic and immersive experience by making the AI drivers react in a more intelligent and 'human-like' way to your sirens, rather than swerving all over the place. Disclaimer:GTA AI is extremely temperamental, and you may encounter some edge cases and odd AI behavior; these issues will be addressed in later updates. Please report any problems 😁The best place to get support or suggest changes would be on Discord.  Features:Extensive customization of AI actions via the MTFO.ini file. Configuration is reloaded when going on/off duty.Opticom Intersection Control: As you approach intersections with traffic lights, this feature will automatically turn the light green in your direction. This can be disabled via the EnableOpticom setting in the configuration file.Intelligent Yielding: On highways, vehicles traveling in the same direction as you will switch lanes if they are blocking your path, if no lane is available they will attempt to come to a smooth stop on the wide of the road. They will attempt to find a safe space to pull over if you are in the furthermost right lane.Oncoming Traffic Braking: Vehicles in the oncoming lane will slow down or come to a stop as you pass them on highways, rather than aggressively swerving. This is controlled by the EnableOncomingBraking setting.Dynamic Intersection Clearing: When you are approaching a major intersection (with traffic lights or stop signs), cross-traffic will be instructed to stop, clearing the way for you without having to navigate around other vehicles. Toggled via EnableIntersectionControl.Around Player Overtaking: When you are stopped, vehicles behind you will attempt to safely overtake your vehicle rather than getting stuck behind you. This is particularly useful during traffic stops or when you are stationary on a roadway for any reason. This is managed by the EnableAroundPlayerLogic setting. With the update to v4, the custom yielding now primarily functions on freeways/highways to make yielding more realistic in these scenarios. Please do not use your old ini; replace it with the new one; it will not function properly with v4, as I have rewritten the majority of the codebase.UPDATED SHOWCASE: Thanks to @BlueLine Vibeshttps://youtu.be/yYFjruw2yeQ?si=l1x4acViG_rKxI_9LEGACY VERSION: Showcase, thanks to @amenbrother  LEGACY VERSION: Showcase of the vehicles stopping for you thanks to @Scorpionfam

Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made. Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore (if I remember to do lore liveries), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord and I have it listed in there! I recommend using @Skys Development pack as well. They both pair great together!   Recommended modI recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what you're driving before you even spawn it! Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.Rework Album

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a fantastic springtime and looking forward to the summer!   It's been a long time since we've posted a website roundup update, but there's a few changes we're really excited to let you know about. Some of these changes you may have already seen, some will definitely be new.   File Tagging System Rollout We've started Phase 1 of our file tagging system rollout. This update went live today and additionally we've spent some time tagging the first few pages of Vehicle Models to introduce you to it.   A look at some files with new tags, different tag types are distinctively coloured.   One of the reasons we have not used the built-in tagging system that comes with the software we are using is because it lacks a lot of features a community our size needs. The new home-grown solution combines the tagging solution that comes with our software natively, but extends it with many features: The ability for our moderation staff to manage tags Tag "categories" with distinctive features, for example; Vehicle Brands, Vehicle Year, System Tags Ability for us to easily see tag use Ability for members to easily navigate tags Ability for authors to find the tags they want to apply easily, and with tag categories, ensure they're picking the correct tags. System and gated tags. For example, the tags fivem and lml will be automatically applied to files and cannot be applied manually. Certain tags can also be gated as author-only, or site-staff only for future expansion. We have started the system today with some vehicle-specific tags (Vehicle Brand, Vehicle Year and Vehicle Country). More tags and tag categories will come as we move into the other phases of this new tagging system. If you've got any feedback on what tags and tag categories we could further add, feel free to leave feedback on this post. Here's a small list of what we're working on for future updates: Community and reputation based tagging (users can tag old files to help tag files which are never going to be updated) A new part of the site where you can see all tags on a certain page, and sort by their uses. Automatic tagging based on image analysis and OCR. A page where anyone can recommend tags (and perhaps tag categories) which can be voted on. Making it easier to tag files, by not allowing arbitary input into the tag box.   Using the new downloads tag page to find tags that have files you're interested in.     Authors, you can get started today tagging your files, just hit the 'Add Tag' button next to your file title. Tagging is always optional, but helps users find your file in the sea of uploads.   thorium_9XtQr4UChBbmgLFCyZI0AGJu1.mp4   A short video showing how to tag files. AI alt-text and Image Precheck We now automatically generate an alt-text for all images uploaded. You can see these on image attachments on the forum, as well as file screenshots. These will help discovery both via LCPDFR.com site search (these tags are now inserted into our search index) and Google as well as aid to make the site a bit more accessible. Along with this, images are now checked via our Image Precheck system for compliance with our Community Guidelines. Images which may not be in compliance with our Community Guidelines may be held for approval or rejected. We hope this keeps the community safer.   Speed & Performance We fixed two major causes of latency for logged in users over the past few weeks. Both of these were caused by bad database queries. We've shaved off around ~4s worst case of viewing the LCPDFR.com homepage, and around ~1.5s worst case of latency per file listing. Thank you to the ULSS Discord Server for bringing this to my attention (specifically @SuperPyroManiac).   Other Fixes & Changes Introduced WebAuthn 2FA support. While this is going to be used mostly internally for securing administrative accounts, this option is also available to all users. Show a warning when using colors in the website editor, reminding users of the different themes. LSPDFR Sync no longer shows deactivated members' characters. Fixed an issue with recording and displaying file checksums on the post-download page. Fixed file embeds from rendering an entire page on error. Fixed an issue IPS refuses to fix, correctly lazyloaded content between paginations. Added a game filter to user download special pages. Fixed an issue with file comments/reviews being removed from the search index. Guest views now correctly increment content view counts. ...And numerous other backend changes that would be too expansive to list.   Cyan.
