[LSSD] Los Santos Sheriff's Department Vehicle Reskin 2.0.0

I downloaded  t0p4s' LS County Sheriff for 1999 Ford Crown Victoria and wanted to make a set for more recent police vehicles so I edited them to make them a little more personal for me, but I didn't keep the main art that t0p4s made.
