This is a Slovenian highway police skin for the 2016 Mustang GT350R. I also changed the emergency lights to all blue, I left the amber ones cause I like them, the textures and .xml files for blue lights are also provided.

First download the vehicle from the link bellow.
Replace the existing car skin with the provided one.
