[4k] LSPD Pack 1.0.0

I made this texture pack from scratch, enjoy it. The colors remind of some Florida departments but the liveries are not based on any department in particular. There are patrol versions of every vehicle included, and supervisor versions of a couple. If you have any suggestions for improvement or other cars you would like to see, feel free to message me.
