I got a bit an idea of that and a local sheriffs department, for the life of me I don't know the font Dickson uses.

 

I'm also working on a old Pierce County Sheriff South Precinct Pack which I'm probably not going to release, bit of it was in my gallery but needs to have a touch up.

I have the font, I'll have a look and link it for you. I think i searched 3D fonts
