The pack used in the screen shots is the LSPD vehicle pack with Whelen Liberty by panoszaf

Textures cannot be ELS as they are just a picture and not an actual vehicle model.

The vehicles he put the textures on are in fact ELS.

    @BeastlyGaming some US police Departments add on "Department of Justice" on their liveries. i don't know why, but its apparently not uncommon
