Hey everyone,

Another South Carolina pack, this time based off of Spartanburg County. This black and white livery is very simple and also sports roof numbers. The pack also includes their old HEAT Charger unit. 

If you would like to see any vehicles added or request a department please let me know.

The Silverado is from T0y's great pack, I believe the Tahoe works as well.
