So...this is my first attempted at skinning in gta so it's not perfect, anyways.

San Andreas State Police skin for the CVPI and Granger.

Its not based off of anything, i just like the green on white.

I like the Granger personally so I don't see a problem. Different strokes for different folks. And the texture looks smooth and nice. Great job and I'm glad that you did something different instead of rehashing the same vehicles that everyone else is using.
