San Andreas DLSv2 Starter Pack 1.1

Hello peeps, this pack is meant for you guys to try DLSv2 out. I've heard many people not know too much about DLS, or where to start. This pack includes 10 vehicles from agencies all around the state of San Andreas. All vehicles come with DLSv2 configs, and have a variety of features. For example, you can try out LSPD's newest fleet with automatic DVI park patterns, or try out the multiple traffic advisor modes to better help your scene management. Installation instructions are in the "Readme" text file inside of the download. Please read through it thoroughly before asking for support on things that have already been mentioned inside of it.

Yes, ELS can with DLSv2 at the same time, just make sure you follow the steps in the readme file to ensure they work together properly.
