idk if you solved your issue, but usually if it doesn't state what path the car goes into, it goes into your recent patch day,  I usually like to put it in patchday 21,

I have to come back to that car again. Just noticed the perfect environmental lighting. Never seen such an accurate work before. It has become one of my favorite police cars. And I really love that lightbar - modern and classic at the same time! That thing just rocks!🤟

 

Dude, you gotta have to make a fpis, a 2014 fpiu and a 2020 tahoe with that setup.
