[ELS] Hybrid Electric Vehicle Pack 1.0.0

This pack is my return to making practical, realistic marked units. It features the first ever Ford Police Responder Hybrid Sedan, as accurate as I could make it.

IT IS NOT A FUSION.

There are currently six vehicles in this pack, which is a stark contrast to what my previous projects have had. There will be one more update to include a few more modern HEVs. like the Toyota Prius, Ford F150 PowerBoost hybrid, and Ford Police Interceptor Utility hybrid.

I was pressed for time and money to acquire the others that I wanted, like the Ford Mustang Mach E and the Toyota RAV4 Prime, so those will not be included in the update.

Bugs:

One report of brake calipers swinging wide with wheel turning. I do not have this bug, nor did any of my testers. This is an isolated issue.

I cant seem to find the tesla in the spawner, I reinstalled it and did the OVI way and still nothing i can only see HEV1, HEV2, HEV4 and HEV5 thats all

its a pretty easy fix but i think you forgot the law enforcement and emergency service flags on hev5

in my city with 700k population, we have 1 charger for electric cars. police use only skoda or lada cars.

Isn't there an electric hybrid car in gta v during story mode where Trevor and Fatass Michael chase down the douchebag driving a hybrid car? Also what happens if during a high-speed chase, your car runs out of batteries? Or if you accidently crash into a puddle of water?

Thank you very much, author! After several attempts to install, I succeeded. Now I enjoy luxury cars. There are a few shortcomings (for example, the position of the hands in Ford and Tesla), but these are trifles.

Great pack, impressive level of detail and looks/equipment. I did also notice what @dhbrgtyjeyd reported, that hev5(avalon) isn't registered as a police vehicle, so you can't perform certain actions such as pull people over etc. Also one suggestion, it would be nice if there were skins that match LAPD for the pack

The 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid (Slicktop/Unmarked) is not recognized as a police vehicle so I cannot use radar lite or ALPR Lite due to it saying "You must be in a police car to use radar"
