This is the first retired police vehicle that replaces Franklin's buffalo. The 2019 dodge charger is designed to look like a police vehicle but is in fact a Civ vehicle.
The car has the full prisoner partition and window bars on the rare, it has a flat partition separating driver and front passenger from the rear passengers. It also has a mounted non working spotlight that is LED and a mounted gun rack with a fully detailed assault rifle. It is curranty work in progress and will be later uploading a newer version that is locked and unlocked for other modders to enjoy.
