After taking a huge break from (fun) life and focusing strictly on going back to school, I finally received my bachelor's degree (in forensic science(criminalist) this past spring. *WooHoooo* After I came back home to some much needed rest and relaxation I decided to “try” my luck at modeling again. Well Tyra Banks wasn’t returning my calls…..sooo…. Lol, jk. But was looking around for a good highway Charger and wasn’t really satisfied with most out there. No offense to any. I’m just very picky. Decided to get a month of Zmod license and just went to work. After designing the Charger I couldn’t stop and before I knew it, I had a full 4 pack. Ha ha … get it…. Full ….. 4 …. Nvm… But hope at least one of you enjoys it 🙂

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS…...

This pack is based off of Florida Highway Patrol with a bonus Florida Department Of Agriculture And Consumer Services vehicle.

** Screenshots were taken during the early stages of development. All vehicles have interior equipment and proper license plates**

Pack Includes: (For the most accurate flash speed I recommend changing your the following file in Grand Theft Auto (main directory)>els.ini :

*Unfortunately I had no idea the 2018 Tahoe(from w.i.p pictures) was stolen and uploaded model. I have scratched that model from not only my pack, but pc as well. I do sincerely apologize to the owner for downloading the file.*

(Vehicles & .xml’s are named as to what the are. Just rename them to the model you wish to replace and place in your latest patchday. (Not sure which one, because I use a mods folder.)

KNOWN BUG(S): very small glow under car when takedowns are on.

I’m aware that some models aren’t EXACT matches to the real life counterparts. I literally worked with what parts/models were available on the websites from Google. I tried my best to list all creds. If any of them are missing, please comment/ or pm me and I will update ASAP.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS:

FPIU Flips: Go into where you have vehicles.meta and change the handling to "gresley".

Light bar spawns in black?

-Either go in trainer and change window tint or go to vehicles meta and replace the diffusetint values with this for no tint: <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Will you/can you add a red and blue option?

-Nope! These particular code 3 light bars are designed to be all blue. However the DACS Charger & 13 Tahoe can be changed from red/blue to all blues if you wish.

What visual mod(s) do you use?

-NVR

Will you make a pack for me/Can I pay you to make a pack/model?

-First off, I do not and will not accept commissions as it violated the rules of the site. As much as I would love to make a pack for any/everyone who asks, it’s honestly just too much work. Best thing to do is follow tutorials on how to model cars. It’s what I did.

Added flashing DRLs to 2018 SAHP Charger (single download available for those who have already downloaded the pack and would just like the single vehicle).

**More updates will come as the days/weeks pass. Forget I did this update a few weeks ago and couldn't work on others, because I've been extremely busy with a lot going on in my personal life. Soon starting a new career and just moved into my new place. Having to get the entire place rewired put me without internet access(other than cell phone data) for almost 2 weeks 😫. Hoping to have everything completed within 3-5 business days. Please bare with me :).

I don't think it really matters I pulled up videos and got three different light patterns

pic 1 is in orange county, pic 2 is Wesh2 news doing story about new reflective emblems and striping on back, 3 is random and I also seen one same as you modeled yours

And please don't take offense I'm in no way implying any negativity, this pack is now in my game and I keep looking for and forward to updates.

FHP’s Javelins has a daytime and nighttime flash mode. What you are seeing is the daytime mode. Before you the sunsets the light bar will flash reds on the outside and blues on the inside. As darkness approaches the pattern is flipped to blues on the outside and reds on the inside. Both flash patterns are included in the light bar I have made. Only difference is the flash at the same time. Kind of like this video where all lights go from red to blue

You have to rename the models to whatever car you are replacing. Placing them in your folder as is will not spawn them.

I’ve tried making the RX2700 and it didn’t turn out too good. The light bar is missing textures for some reason. If I ever find them I’ll try it out.

CVPI is most definitely in the works. FPIS is too unrealistic as we don’t use those down here. If I were to do one, I’d have to freestyle ever aspect of the car.

Hey bro! Again... GREAT JOB! on the marked SAHP charger. The lights alone are simply amazing! By chance, can you possibly make a charger unit in the style of Hillsborough County Sheriff for Blaine County?

I think you just make black textures as extras over the DRL

I figured it out. Thanks. I've updated the 18 Charger. And when I get fully stable with my new place I'll be making major updates to all vehicles.

So I've install this pack and it's amazing!! Love the lighting and everything. Only issue I'm having is that the back windshield on the charger is dark. I've used the trainer and checked the tint value and it's still very dark. Any way to fix it or am I just stuck with it?

Hi guys! I'm new with LSPDFR so i'm sorry for the dumb questions. When do the XML files should be install? ELS folder? if so, do I NEED to rename any folders before pasting them in the ELS folder? also the lastes patch it's 22 SO i just wonder if that's where they go. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

Great pack bro but I may have ran into a problem, and I’m sure I may have done something wrong but I put the FPIU into the latest patch and changed the car files but for some reason I can’t get the ELS to work for the Explore. Any suggestions?
