Unmarked 2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R by SCPDUnit23

This is my first model conversion from Forza Motorsport 4 to GTA V, the Unmarked version of the
2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R, a high-performance version of the Ford Mustang designed by Ford's
Special Vehicle Team division. This car is designed to crack down illegal street races as a
chase car while maintaining stealth.

Template has been provided if you want to create your own liveries. All blue version of ytd and XML files also included (thanks to @Ezra).

Disclaimer:
Please do not redistribute and reupload this pack to any website or any other sources, including models,
screnshots, and liveries without explicit written permission. FiveM and other multiplayer server use is allowed
(except GTA Online).

Installation:

PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION ON THE INSTALLATION.

1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
3. If the lights does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to
<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file.

Known bugs:
-Hands does not line up steering wheel.

Please report any bugs as soon as possible!

Kind of stuck here, I love ELS since you can control your lights, but I also love Siren Mastery cause of the dual sirens. But one time when I ran both, my game kept crashing. So sadly to say I guess I decided to use Siren Mastery from then on. Hmmm, what to do, what to do, screw it, I'll probably delete Siren Mastery and install ELS again.

That looks real nice bro. I'm just curious, if you took this model from another game does that not count as some sort of copyright violation or other?

I have a 2003 Mustang and when I saw this I was so excited. But then I installed it and was super disappointed. The outside and inside of it looks awesome. The engine, behind both bumpers, and under the car look awful. Not to mention every time I spawn this car in and get 10 feet down the road my textures fade in and out and eventually my game crashes. This was an awesome idea, but it needs a lot of work.

EDIT: I'm dumb. Ignore everything about the texture fade issue.

Sorry you had a bad experience. This is the first conversion I have done so the model isnt as great as expected. The model is also prone to bugs during its conversion from FM4 that seems to be unfixable. Altho its the first time I heard that it has crashed your game since everyone elses seems to be working fine.

I'll try and see if I can look into it but it might be impossible to fix without having to reconvert everything from the original FM4 model.

Hey my bad man. It must have been something i messed up or was changing cars out too frequently. I wasn't having the texture issues until I installed your car. It really only happened after I spawned it in or occasionally when I loaded up LSPDFR. I deleted it and put a different car in its place and it kept doing it. So I wiped my GTA and reinstalled along with all my mods and cars including this one and it doesn't have the texture issue anymore. That's my bad.

No problem! Glad to have your car fixed.
