Information:

 

Happy Late Easter Everyone!

After 6 months of blood, sweat and pure enraging anger, I'm pleased to present you guys with the Los Santos Police Service Mega-pack. Styled off Toronto Police Service, the pack features a custom made Excalibur light bar which features a dual rotor in the centre, which has dual colour to it (and coronas to match!). And of course, the traffic units in the pack feature TPS style arrowboards. This pack is big enough to cover and reduce many crime types across Los Santos, and includes divisions such as Patrol, Traffic, Slicktop/Unmarked, Emergency Task Force, and Marine. 

 

It's been a long road but it's finally here. Hope you all enjoy.

This pack has various toggleable extras:

  • All vehicles: Rambar (extra_12), 

These can be toggled on/off in any trainer.

 

This file contains ARROW BOARDS on two of it's vehicles. The key's for this are: 'Alt + [' for the arrow boards to be raised. Press it again for them to lower. Standard 'K' key for the lights (as default).

Known Bugs:

  • Vehicles with arrowboards (Traffic units) can cause R* editor to crash if it's used during the recording. Having the board either up or down when recording should not crash the editor.

    Jest a personal observation that the marine unit is low (suspension kinda) in the sense that when I spawned a boat trailer the hook was really high compared to the car. Also Parks Said that he’s gonna releace coastal callouts after 0.4 is out so that would give the unit a whole new use.

    The 4k skins with 0.4  are killing my game unfortunately and I don't have the time to lower the resolutions. Would be great if 2k were available.

    Still doing it, only on the truck tho, lights work perfect on all the other cars. Default car slot for the truck as well, sheriff2

    Is there any way to increase the brightness of the LEDs? 

    Otherwise this pack works fine.

     

    Edit: Radiance V works wonders. Looks absolutely stunning now.

    I don't know if you know this but your installation instruction are not tottaly great. First you don't need to install a custom carcols. You just need a good carvartions setting. Your carvation setting are wrong. The sirensetting should be on 13 and not at 15. In this way you don't need to install a custom carcols and the light at the back of the car flash again.
    I give you the default carvartions setting for halogen rotor light (Stanier Police Cruiser and Sheriff Cruiser)

    Hi there,

     

    I think there's a misunderstanding.  The reason Jedahdiah has you use sirensetting 15 is because he edited the carcols file to have custom settings for his vehicles. Sirensetting 15 does not exist normally, he made it.   Yes, 13 may work, but the outcome is not perfect as Jed has set it up.  15, plus using his carcol gets the result he intended.

    Anyone know how to make the lightbar birghter? I've modified the visualsettings.dat but they are still dim. Any suggestions?

    Slight issue with the Rotators. When the lights are activated the red and blue rotators give off the light but only the blue rotator actually has a blue texture. i have all the correct things installed and everything is working fine but that
