8/6/18 New update, yay, Now move along, Nothing to see here except my wife left me & took the kids.

 

So...After about 11 months of working on this pack(and being lazy), I present to you the Philadelphia Police Pack for GTA V. The pack has a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2012 Chevrolet Impala, 2011 - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & a 2013+ Ford Interceptor Sedan. I tried to make it as accurate as I can. Some vehicles don't have Police radios in them since PPD is removing the Police radios in them, but there is a mic on the console for the PA. The Ford Utility may come later. If you enjoy my Philadelphia Police Pack for IV, Then you may enjoy this one. BTW all skins are 2K to spare texture loss . This Pack is a work in progress So this is not a finish pack & may never will be.

 

If you want Lore friendly, I suggest to use @t0y Philadelphia Police based LSPD skins here 

 

I didn't know when he would put the skins back up, so that's why I waited.

 

Bugs i know about(May fix)

- Lightbar Glass don't break
- Windows don't break on CVPI or 2015 Tahoe
- All Liberty II Vehicles & the 2012 Impala have Takedowns

 

Install you should already know how to mod GTA V, if not LOOK IT UP ON YOUTUBE or go

 

With OpenIV, go to

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV, or another visualsettings.dat mod.
or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.

Q: Why aren't my lights flashing?
A: Make sure ELS is installed, and the VCF name matches the car file name.

Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? Sorry, can't help you. Yes? Then ask in the forums.

Q: I dont have the latest patch &/ or anything else?
A: Then put the car in your latest pactch day, or copy the latest patch &/ or anything else over.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/VCF?
A: I don't know, it works in my game.  

Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.

Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.

A: If you don't know what it is then don't worry about it.

A: IDC Go right ahead. I have better things to do these days.

What's been updated?
- Redid all the cars with different parts
- Made the interior console setups a bit more accurate
- Removed any radios I left for some reason

- This vehicle is being release with no garentee on correctly made LOD's & other stuff

This is a fantastic looking pack and looks spot on to the real thing. Great job! I am curious though in the last picture with all the cars lined up you can see that one of them is a ford police interceptor utility. Any chance you will be releasing that in a future update or is that something that will not be released?

Can't really tell you that, It's been like that since 2015. I believe it's the radios on the uniforms are more used than the ones in the vehicle.

    Understandable. But anyways I'm excited to see this pack develop too. I was a huge fan of your PPD pack for IV, so it's great to see the legacy of it live on in V.

    Not trying to rush you. I plan to use this pack to replace my city PD vehicles, and I like running an FPIU, but I can use a Tahoe in the meantime

    Never mind, I went ahead and reinstalled all of the Tahoes.  Really glad you added an Explorer, this pack has a lot of variety.

    Awesome, look forward to it!  I know this pack is meant to be based off Philly, but are you considering a Silverado at all?

    Never thought of a Silverado, I might just add one for the fun & a expedition, but I don't think we uses Expeditions anymore as marked vehicles.

    Since the Silverado and Expedition has piped your interest, you could create a separate folder in your download title "Concept cars", or something that reiterates they aren't cars used in Philly, but are ideas that you wanted to try out.
