after the last update the gages wont show up on the cars. any advice? Update. The gages work when im am not on duty but quit working when i go on duty

Awesome model very nice but your missing the undercarriage parts(texture underneath the car)  I can be very picky so I pay attention to detail.  If you can over look this minor issue then this model is for you!

I have this as an addon and a slot unit. Its easy to do with ablos modding.

Amazing model hurk! I'd like to setup the vehicle so that it only spawns as a black unmarked version without the extras. I'm not sure how to do this and am new to modding. Any tips?

I installed it like you said and changed it to the Police slot not Police3 and install the meta file like you said but it flips when i turn to hard.

What is this referring to?  "Copy over this line?" What's the "this line"? \

Seems like some assumptions here. But I didn't catch it. Maybe someone can objectively help?

Change the line that says handlingID from police to police2 (in vehicle.meta that is)

I'm not 100% sure about this though (I'm not at the computer) but it makes the car go fast and it doesn't flip over. 

I might be mixing up police2&3. Try police3 if it still flips.

Has anyone of you guys changed the hubcaps to shiny ones? I really love this car, been using it for two months almost. And the only thing I want to change is that. I would like shinier ones. But I really don't know how to do it. In the .ytd file the hubcap looks shiny. But not ingame.

I think you are correct. Someone else confirmed that. So I will do that. Thanks! The instructions on a lot of the ReadMe files are terribly written. 

Where is the exact location to install the vehicle model files themselves?? It doesnt state this anywhere?

Is there a way to change the rear window or bumber lights to WRN? Or does it have to be done in the model?

BTW the model is really good looking, but sadly it has many other problems. Like the windows don't break, you can't tint your windows (i mean this one isn't really an issue), there is a weird light coming out below the driver side mirror when the headlight is on, the left rear door handle is colored while the rest are black.

Also the car seems out of scale in the game, i mean it is bigger than the cavalcade (same height, but longer) which it should not be. In reality Escalade (even the older one) is both taller and longer.

rear door handles are the color of whatever livery you use, front door handles are black.

You really have no clue about modeling, having stuff leaked, sold, and ripped, you don't have a clue how it feels to have all of your hard work sold for another persons gain

You are right, I have no Idea, but I know for a fact I would not be like that, as a matter of fact I purchased a Caprice model a while back and was asking for help getting it converted for gta, I spent $130 of my money and if I would have found someone to help me convert it, I would have released it unlocked so everyone can make something better out of it, then something even better after that, then something even better after that and so on... Unfortunately to this day I can't get someone who knows how to do it to take the model and convert it but if someone came along you can believe I would release it unlocked. I would rather see the model I purchased being put to good use by having a bunch of different versions of it, with different light setups, light bars and everything else, maybe even fix bugs one can't or does not know how to instead of just one that most people might not like but download only because there is not much else to chose from. I am married, have kids and a job, I have no time to learn to model or you bet I would. To your last point, if one releases their stuff for all to use and make something different of, there is not much to sell is there? Excuse my long reply but this is something I feel strongly about, it's better to have a bunch of great something than nothing at all.

I can't seem to get the lights to line up correctly with the lightbar. Everything else seems to work correctly. I'm fairly new with this so I'm not sure how to fix this if it's even possible. Thanks in advance for any help! Love this vehicle though :)
