Tried this, still nothing. 

Installed the car under Police2, in game the entire car is white with no lights at all. What did I do wrong?

All I can say is WOW...The All blue police lights with custom pattern is awesome!!! Will you do one with red/blue oiv?

@Bxbugs123, you should definitely go back to your previous vehicle releases and do the same thing. It's worth of a re-release for each car. This slicktop is making all my other cars look terrible now

Mine has quite a few entries in it. everything is set to siren setting 14. If you want it, go for it. 

This is where I have it.

Can somebody please explain the "flags" thing with the vehicles.meta file? I simply don't understand it. He instructs us to replace the flags line with the one provided if you intend to use it on police4 slot (which I am)... but there are literally hundreds of flag lines in vehicles.meta beginning with "<flags>" and ending with "<flags>," Just like the one he provided... Which one do I replace? I tried just adding it to the bottom of the page and I saw no difference in game :s

Use control+f to open the search feature and search police4 and scroll down to the first flag line you see which is police4's

Any way to uninstall the package installer so I can use a different car?

Did you install the .ytd file from the blue lights folder?

Is the red/blue just the default flashing pattern and the blue is that "ELS" flashing pattern? Any chance of making red/blue flashing pattern like the blue ones?

My liveries are not working well. Not all of them show up and the ones that are supposed to have other colors like the "Sheriff" one, all spawn white. I replaced the flags line and like triple checked it but it still wont work. I have the blue lights installed as well. When the blue lights aren't installed, the liveries spawn fine. What am I doing wrong?

Is the custom light pattern for the blue lights only?

I installed everything following everything exactly how it supposed to be BUT blue lights don't work for me (still red) and some skins don't work either like the sheriff one in the main pic (the one I actually want to use). Any idea guys?

Anyone know how to uninstall what the automatic installer installed? Been trying to use other vehicles in Police4 but I can't because the light bar will be red and blue but it will only reflect blue due to whatever the automatic installer installed. Any help?

i just took the police 4 files changed the names to police and added to police slot in x64e.works perfect for me lights and all.thanks bugs,ur a wizard!

I tried more things and nothing....I need this ;-;

EDIT: I went back to a stock vehicle.meta and now the sheriff skins AT LEAST changes from white/gray/black BUT still has glossy black front bumper and back bumper, blue lights wont work and only sheriff skin is showing.
