Known issues:

- Some customizations not working

- Sometimes spawns in all black when you spawn it through a trainer.

Loving this mate! Just a lil issue I'm getting. Spawns as all black, through trainer or when placed in a vanilla police slot (ie police2/3 etc). I use this as an add-on vehicle, as well as having it placed as a backup unit when assistance is required. When added to the backup menu I include a colour option so it spawns like a pro! however when spawning through a trainer, comes out all black.

Maybe this is my wrong doing somewhere, however would be interesting in hearing if anyone else has this issue.

I use the car as add-on as well and that works, but for some reason I get the same issue when I replace with police3. I'm trying to solve this as soon as possible but I can't figure out where the issue is coming from. If you manage to solve it, feel free to post the solution here :)

I'm looking in to this as well, although I'm no modding expert - just seeing if there's anything possible in OpenIV that can be tweaked..............We'l get there!

No probs at all! Has the car ever spawned as a vanilla police (police2/3 etc) in colour, even if just the once? and has the update had many changes?

Not sure, I posted the file on gta5mods too and it seemed like none of them got this issue until now. I don't know much about the update either but I don't think that it should affect this car.

Still scratching my head with the paint thing lol.... In the meantime I've been playing around with textures a little bit. Nothing too serious and only using paintbrush!

Really hope you find a fix for the black skin issue. This car really suits being used as a Police vehicle. 

Would look nice with a rambar for sure :)

I already made a new version that adds 2 rambars and a center console but I am not sure if I should upload it before I can fix the black skin issue :)

Really cool skin and thanks for trying to help with the black skin issue. I tried to template an other vehicle yesterday and noticed that it spawned in all black too so the issue could maybe be from  the way I UV mapped the car.

Not sure if you have resolved the issue with the black spawning, but I just added to patchday9 and it spawned perfectly.

Nice model, I'm off to do some policing.

I did, it doesn't do any harm putting them into the latest patch. It will override any previous updates to the model.

Test it and see. You can always just take them out again, if you're not happy.

I didn't try in patchday4, so maybe I was just lucky. I shall test in patchday4 and let you know

Sitting outside the downtown police station when the game loaded.

Inserted into patchday4. It spawned correctly in patchday4. Not sure why there are reports of black spawning. There appears to be nothing wrong with your model. I use a mods folder and have no other modded models in there.

Also got the steam version of the game.

Very strange as I'm getting the issue aswell but thanks for showing that the issue isn't from my model or texture :) I'll upload the new version and I'll try to figure out why this is happening to some people.

Sorry to hijack your comments thread, but just loaded the game again and this happened. Some are spawning with the correct livery and others spawn with the textures covered.

That's why it works if you spawn from a trainer. Natural in game spawning is adding default colour over the texture.

Great job, i love using this vehicle on my patrols!
I use simple trainer to solve the color problem, i just change the color and save the settings, so you can always spawn it in black/white combo.

Fantastic! Massive Thanks to  evether  &  Skeletor for the update. Now spawns as it should, however all black was good for SWAT. It would be really nice to see unmarked version, minus roofbar, but keeping same rim,s on.

@evether - Thought I'd Upgrade the Regular LSIAPOLICE2 slot and as I simply love the Oracle2 that you have created - so much, why not? I hope you feel I have done it at least a little bit of justice!
