It seems that the game crashes when we are close to Franklin's second house when the game language is in French.

I have PLD installed but it doesn't load in game. How do I fix? Thanks

You can't use any in online, you can be banned for modding. And Rockstar has very good resources to track user activities.

Are there any plans to update this to allow us to be able to change the text? Like instead of it being Vinewood Hills, Los Santos County we can change it to Vinewood Hills, Metro Los Santos or something to that effect. It will be especially for Ultimate Backup and making things more immersive.

Is the mod not working anymore? After installing it, the game started crashing without errors. The log files show no errors. It took a very long time to find the cause, and I went through all my mods, but the problem was PLD. After removing it, the game stopped crashing.

Did you get it working on your machine? Because I reinstalled it recently aswell and it simply doesnt show up for me at all. all the given files are in the game directory and the ini is unchanged. i have a 1440p monitor but no idea if that makes a difference or breaks things

As of February 28, 2026) If the game crashes without displaying any warnings, changing the language to “English” in the Steam-GTA5 properties should resolve the issue.

As a Korean user who relies on several Korean translation patches, I decided after much consideration not to use this mod. However, I extend my respect to the modder for their excellent work.
