Patrol Suite is an all-in-one LSPDFR patrol enhancement plugin built to make regular patrol gameplay feel more complete. It brings together HUD tools, RoadWatch radar/plate reading, vehicle control, patrol equipment, loadouts, and compatibility support in one clean package.

Features

NexusMDT Support

Patrol Suite has moved away from the old built-in CompuPro system and now focuses on NexusMDT compatibility.

Patrol Suite handles the patrol-side tools while NexusMDT can handle the modern MDT workflow.


Patrol HUD / SignalVitals

Patrol Suite includes a lightweight HUD for patrol information and equipment status.

Features include:

  • Location, road, cross-road, and area display

  • Direction display

  • Movable HUD elements

  • SignalVitals weapon/equipment display

  • PNG-based speed limit signs

  • Optional over-limit feedback


RoadWatch Radar, Plate Reader & ALPR

RoadWatch is Patrol Suite’s vehicle enforcement system.

Weapon Stowing / Holster Compatibility

Patrol Suite no longer forces its own full holster system. It can now step aside for external weapon/holster plugins.

This lets Kinetic or Realistic Holster handle draw/holster behavior while Patrol Suite keeps its own tools active.


Smart Taser

Smart Taser improves taser feedback and less-lethal gameplay.

Review your keybinds if you use multiple patrol enhancement plugins. Radar, ALPR, vehicle controls, holsters, weapon animations, and HUDs can overlap between mods.


Known Notes

  • NexusMDT is handled as an external integration target.

  • External holster plugins still need to be configured in their own settings.

  • Patrol Suite can respect Kinetic or Realistic Holster, but it does not fully control them.

  • Use individual move options if displays overlap.

  • Check for key conflicts if something does not respond.

Patrol Suite 2.5 is a major feature and polish update focused on RoadWatch, radar realism, ALPR provider behavior, fuel-system interactions, keybind quality-of-life, and compatibility cleanup.

ROADWATCH & ALPR

  • Restored the ALPR Data Provider selector under Settings / Misc.

  • Added provider selection options: Auto, PR/CDF, and UB/STP.

  • Keeps NexusMDT behavior separate: NexusMDT is not treated as a data provider, but Patrol Suite can still feed compatible RoadWatch/ALPR behavior into it where available.

  • Fixed custom RoadWatch plate texture support so installed plate assets can be used correctly.

  • Added Plate Number Level options so users can adjust plate text placement for different custom plate templates.

  • Preserved the newer RoadWatch display and placement behavior while cleaning up provider/settings persistence.

  • Added an optional Radar Calibration System.

  • Replaced the old visible Moving / Stationary / Stationary Away / Stationary Closing display area with calibration status.

  • Added color-based calibration states: Calibrated, Cal Drift, Cal Warn, and Uncalibrated.

  • When enabled, calibration drift can affect displayed radar speed as the radar deteriorates over time.

  • Radar recalibrates only when it is powered off and back on. Exiting or entering a vehicle does not recalibrate it.

  • Added a NexusMDT radar calibration/evidence compatibility bridge where supported.

CONTROLS & UI

  • Added global Delete-to-clear keybind editing across Patrol Suite.

  • Pressing Delete while editing a keybind now clears it / sets it to None.

  • Backspace or Escape cancels keybind editing.

  • Restored and polished several RoadWatch, settings, and menu behaviors.

FUEL SYSTEM

  • Nozzle now stays attached when the player enters the vehicle instead of auto-returning immediately.

  • Added Get In BOOM! toggle for the attached-nozzle engine-start behavior.

  • Added Drive Away BOOM! toggle for hose breakaway behavior.

  • Added HOSE DISTANCE! adjustment so players can tune how far the vehicle can move before hose breakaway triggers.

  • Hose breakaway can now disconnect and clean up the nozzle state even when the explosion behavior is disabled.

TOOLS & FIXES

  • Restored native GTA flashlight behavior for normal firearms.

  • Patrol Suite no longer owns or fights the default firearm flashlight toggle.

  • Smart Taser flashlight behavior remains separate and preserved.

  • General RoadWatch, menu, integration, and stability cleanup.

Recommended after updating: rebuild/replace the updated files, restart GTA/RPH fully, then verify RoadWatch provider selection, radar calibration, keybind clearing, custom plate alignment, and fuel-system options from the Patrol Suite menus.

so far i am liking the mod but for some reason the flashlight attachment does not seem to work at all when ever i go on duty, the flashlight hotkey is also not responding. I hope you can fix this issue.

It's not the issue, when u hold the E key (witch is default for flashlight) u can activate or deactivate ur weapon and taser laser sight, and if u wanna use flashlight, just press LShilf key + E and flashlight will work even on ur taser. Working for me tho...

i was taking about just regular guns not the taser....my taser flashlight works and has no problem

Is anyone having the an issue with the Taser being effective? I notice that when i Tase a suspect, they sort of just pause and barely react. They just sort of stand there and don't fall over or lock up.

@DeSepticOasis omg is there any way i can turn off that option when i need to press W key 5 times before my vehicle engine turn on, it's anoying. It's really gets on my nerve when i can't start the engine while chase is on 😡

Can i just use vanilla engine start... Overall this mod is great, i like smart taser mod and laser sights on weapons.

W... five times? There is an engine start key default is "0" above the P on your keyboard... but you can toggle Auto Engine Start on within the patrol suite menu going into vehicle control and then VC settings so that whenever you get in your vehicle your engine just auto turns on

Great mod: Suggestion... Allow us to modify which zones are considered which county in a csv or xml. Not sure if it's me but I feel like the blaine county boundary extends too far south, so giving the user the option to modify it would be really useful.

Just redownloaded the file to check for myself. Seems you're right - sorry for giving you misinformation like that. I didn't realize Septic completely removed that customization feature from the config file in one of the recent updates. My best guess is you're supposed to use the "stylesheet.xml" to customize your HUD info, but even if you do that - that then puts into question how tf you're supposed to customize your name in the stylesheet to function properly. Guess we'll just have to wait for Septic or someone else on the PatrolSuite dev team to reply in the meantime.

Great Plugin! Only a couple of things iv noticed, the critcal state, when i get shot it always respawns me back at the hospital rather than being helped at the scene not sure iof thats on purpose, and restrain the deceased, when I use it the roll over then they bug out by standing and stuttering then fall over, hands not cuffed, and comes up restrained,

not sure if thats happening to anyone else

TASER not working for my character and other ai cops, the sound is working but taser not doing nothing ive put 10 probes into a ped nothing happens they just keep running and after new update of this plugin plugins crash after 20 min of playing or around that time

(was working fine before the new update)
