[Overview]:

Back with a massive internal overhaul County Callouts 1.0 will now use a newly created global master resource to pull common internal elements from. This will help expedite future updates of not only County Callouts but all my plugins that are soon to release. The biggest addition to CC 1.0 is the implemented XML files for each unique location callout. Previously we had up to 140+ unique locations for CC callouts but it still felt stale after visiting the same house for a domestic dispute over and over. Now you can add as many different unique locations as you want for each callout type. Navigate to the DModding folder within Plugins\LSPDFR and open the desired XML file. Each file has a description within on how to add more locations. I've also added some minor updates to calls such as the domestic dispute now has more dynamic locations for the suspects when entering an interior. There are also more scenario possibilities for certain callouts. I did however have to rush the cleaning up process just because I was so ready to finally have an update for everyone again. I have removed implementation of StopThePed and UltimateBackup. I've decided to remove them because I plan on advancing County Callouts to a point it will have enough features itself to make the need for another optional plugin redundant. I also do not want my plugins to feel they need to rely on another party to continuously update other plugins to ensure the best experience. I may implement it again in future versions but for now it will not directly implement the API. You may still use them but they will not being working together as before. Another version is already in the works and will feature some strong enhancements to the existing calls and AI behavior. If you encounter any bugs or glitches please report them ASAP so I can get them resolved. Check back frequently for the Highway Callouts preview release and future County Callouts updates.

County Callouts is a callout add-on for LSPD:FR featuring rural themed callouts. Most of these calls will not trigger within Los Santos city limits. They feature unique multi-scenario and dynamic calls that offer a higher replay value. As of the 0.4 beta version, there is now a full interaction menu system for CC spawned callouts. Lots of updates and touch ups to existing callouts but also the addition of two new calls: Domestic Dispute and Public Dispute. The domestic callout features full interior interaction on a variety of different scenarios. Please note that there are currently only two interiors used and they may not be the most 'fitting' in all locations but I hope to improve this in the future. The config file has also received some new settings for callout spawn chances. If there are any bugs, glitches, requests, complaints, or other then please feel free to let me know!

  • Vehicle collision with animal
  • No response from Deputy, check requested (Multi-scenario Call)
  • Reports of Illegal Off-Roading
  • Stolen Sheriff Unit (Multi-scenario Call)
  • Meth Lab Explosion (Multi-scenario/3 Unique Locations) [More locations coming soon!]
  • Unstable Individual (Multi-scenario/30+ Unique Locations)
  • Domestic Dispute (Multi-scenario/Unique Locations/Interiors)
  • Public Dispute (Multi-scenario/Unique Locations)

 

[How To Install]:

Place CountyCalls.dll, dlGlobal.dll, and the DModding folder into GTA V Directory/plugins/LSPDFR.

Place the CC audio folder into GTA V Directory/lspdfr/audio/scanner.

Place RAGENATIVEUI in your GTA V directory.
Load up LSPD:FR and go on-duty. Wait for County Callouts.

    shoplifting:  gas station, clothes shops , stores stealing drinks, clothes and others all around Blaine County

     

    EMS needs assistants : drunk guy assaulting the paramedics

     

    Trespassing: house’s, lab building from Blaine County

     

    Domestic disturbance: 2 drunk guys yelling each other at the bar.

    3 people about to fight at the gas stations all around Blaine County

     

    Car accident: 2 cars crash one of them may be drunk or dead and also normal

    Sandy shores , highway near grapeseed and all around Blaine County

     

    911 caller wants to make a report:

    officers meet them at the house or the shop or a place the caller wants to report of a stolen phone, loud noise at neighbors , assault

     

    car crash 2: The vehicle rammed the building ems and fire department are 10-23  gas stations, house, clothes shops

     

    A person in the car is unresponsive:

    All around Blaine County

     

    person is in OD (overdose) ems is 10-23

    House, parking a lot of the shops all around blank county.

    Are you using LSPD:FR 0.4.8 and a legal copy of GTA V? What does it say when you go on-duty or try to force a call? Post in the release topic for extended support please.

    "LSPD First Response: [INFO] Running LSPD First Response 0.4.7" - This is your problem. You need to be using the new LSPD:FR version 0.4.8. This callout pack uses the brand new advisory messages only found in the new API. Download the latest version and try again.

    Starting using this and love it. I don't get nearly as much callouts in the county as I do in in the city. It's nice having this pack to help with county callouts!!

    Only thing I'll say it when going to the deputy check callout, I know it's multi-scenario which I've seen both of. But when I'm there, 95% of the time, they are fine and going back 10-8. Would be nice if the ratio of the scenarios could be leveled out more. Doesn't have to be 50/50, but around 70/30. If you're able to do, that would be great so I don't get there and it's the same thing every time. Other than that I love this pack

    I really enjoyed these callouts, top notch! However on the Meth Lab explosion, I'm not sure if this is intended to happen or not, but immediately after I arrive and the car explodes the callout goes code 4. If the callout is supposed to end after the explosion then I would request that the Code 4 message be removed from that particular callout because I don't think it would necessarily be considered code 4 following an explosion 😉 . 

     

    Other than that I had a blast with it, excellent work! On the illegal off-roading callout it would also be neat if there were a notification giving the model of the vehicle and/or the license plate number to make tracking it down more realistic than just the blip too.

    Also a quick bug I noticed, in the latest callouts, there will be *** county callouts 0.2 *** right after the Location.

    Not a bug, it's just referencing which plugin (County Callouts) has initiated the callout. I figured it would be easier to be able to see which calls belong to which plugins. As far as bug related, it is cutting off the location of the callout though.

    Decent callouts during stream the other day.  Might need to have the callouts spawn a bit further away.  Most were spawning within 100 feet.

    Ah I gotcha. Yea, the initial location is cut off. Maybe for future updates, could just put (V2/3) or DLCC V3 or someway to shorten it so full location can be seen, that would be great. I see what you're saying with the Version number in there, and it's helpful. Maybe a way to shorten it if it's still cut off would be nice. Totally your call though

    Found an issue with this pack.  Since it has EUP compatibility, if you have the BETA 8.8 EUP, all characters are completely broken. Does this read from data folders? If not, please make it so or an ini option to use vanilla peds instead (this is a better idea in case someone doesn't have EUP).

    It reads from your LSPD:FR backup config or your UltimateBackup configs if you have it installed. It could possibly be an issue with the way your custom config file is working with EUP. This plugin itself doesn't read from anywhere other then the backup data config, but I will look into it anyways.

    There will be in the next update 0.3. I do not have an estimated release date yet but hopefully it'll be soon.
