About

Automatic Siren Cutout is a plugin created primarily for ELS users. This script will automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles. Be advised, this will not work if you use your mouse to exit your vehicle or toggle your lights. Keyboard or controller only.

Included Features

Friendly Honk: A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them.
Traffic Light Control: Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled. This does not affect AI traffic.
Traffic Yielding AI will drive around your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.

I also wanted to report that some cops will honk back some will not, it will show in the log each time that it is trying to honk at another cop like it says in the log but some vehicles will not respond back. Just wanted to put that out there. Thank you for this awesome plugin, I love it! So far I have realized Sheriff slot has not responded to me when I have passed them.

the lights dont turn green idk why. i installed it right so idk

where do i put the input manger in plugins with the other ones or in gta v folder its self where rage is

Awesome idea @Rich!! Do this work on AI vehicles as well, like when reponding to traffic stop callouts, the AI can have its lights on when you arrive?

It's finally changing though, most modern siren controllers like Whelen's Carbide, and Soundoff's Blueprint have Park-Kill options, thank God lol.

Interesting, so if the siren is blaring and they put the car in park, it auto turns off? I can certainly see the appeal to this, especially at night. I'm just an old school police action hoe who loves crazy scenes with sirens going while you tackle a bitch. 😂

Goes in the main GTAV folder (same place GTAV.exe and GTAVLauncher.exe are)

The sirens going one hundred percent add to the adrenaline. It's a big factor lol, but the silence on scene is definitely needed when giving commands during high-risk/felony stops.

Is there a way to make this compatible with Siren Mastery? I tried it and when I get out of the vehicle it forces the siren on instead of cutting it off with Siren Mastery enabled. If not then I can just try this and not load Siren Mastery lol

Man if you can make that happen having traffic go around you in Traffic stop. That would be such a big huge step forward. Actually was wondering why no one did it before. Mods like that, little things brings the immersion to another level. Who likes to have a full lane long traffic honking at you in a traffic stop when your in a close space area.

I've noticed that with the new feature to make traffic go around, if you have your lights on and stop in front of any vehicle, the vehicle behind will disappear and sometimes the occupants will pop out, walk away for a short while and then disappear also.

The vehicle disappearing is normal, similar to how Ultimate Backup will delete vehicles in the area that the backup unit will be driving to. However, the occupants popping out is a bug I haven't seen yet. Thank you for letting me know, I'll address it in the next release!

i also notice a bug, STP won't detect the vehicle to tow in front of you and will only detect yours.

I see. Is there anyway that it could potentially be a little less aggressive? I'm not sure of the limitations of these things, but having the vehicle behind you disappear a few seconds after you come to a stop seems rather odd, especially when sometimes the vehicle disappearing doesn't look as if it would get stuck trying to pass you (as can be seen in the gyazo, the vehicle is simply passing on my left). The current method however is much more than we've seen in the past, and of course is great. I don't mean to criticise here at all. 🙂

I will try to replicate and diagnose this problem, but I haven't heard of it until now.

Vehicles will still be deleted, but I'll try shrinking the radius that it happens in. Thanks for the input.

Finally!!! Someone make the driver ai much better! Everytime I stopped my vehicle the ai just stopped behind me. I know this is just experimental but it's a start. I will try out. Thanks again!

Edit: it does not work on police ai.

The issue I am having is when I call for backup and the vehicle stops behind me it disappears and the officer is standing where the vehicle was.

Hi uhh, is anyone haveing this too? Everytime i load up the plugin with lspdfr or by its self it crash's. after 25secs of loading it in it just crash's can anyone help me if its only me haveing this?
