Make non Els Vehicles Els 1.1.0

To clear up confusion, all this file does it allow you to control the siren with ELS. It does not turn a non ELS vehicle into an ELS enabled one.

This will make any non Els Vehicle Els. This Els xml will not mess around with the extras, meaning this file WILL NOT make the extras appear then disappear.

 

Please note that I have made this for myself because I am not a big fan of Luxart Siren Control and els both in my game.

 

This is for people who do not know how to edit an els xml.

 

How to install:

Rename the xml to the name which the non els vehicle is under.

Place in Els>Pack Default.

 

Things I have noticed:

There are no other lighting patterns? Why?

This is because the vehicles weren't meant to be els, meaning that you would have to talk to the creator of the vehicle about getting other lighting patterns.

 

The lights do not flash on buildings.

You have to edit visual settings.

I was going to but I wasn't sure how that would help. I don't have any screen recording software and pictures wouldn't help a lot.

What's the point of this if you could only go to the 3rd stage and there is no environmental lighting? You can control the sirens with the numbers but you could just use Siren Mastery for that..

I made it for myself because I am not the biggest fan of siren mastery. I put it on LSPDFR so if anyone would like to use it.

    It's easy.    Anyone can do this themselves, all they'd need to do is just open the XML and disable ELS from utilizing extras.

    As far as I know, no. I have heard that you can, but I'm not sure. The only way is to have people download els on their client side.

    I install bxbug cvpi(non-els),but when I use the else file,a blue light appear in the middle of the grill when u walk away from the car.

    I am not 100 percent sure, but I think that happens with his cars and some other cars.

    yes. I have seen it done before but I am not sure how to. you would have to change the extras, which isnt possible with the els xml

    So you just take an existing xml file and change the name to the name of the non-els model?

    I've never understood why 'non els' ever existed. Seems like you have better controls and features in ELS.

    EDIT: Found it with google: it a kind of a tree.

    But I still not understand what it has to do with vehicles.
