Aelo is a visual modification for Grand Theft Auto V Storymode Legacy, FiveM Clientside, and FiveM Serverside.

Aelo modifies files within Grand Theft Auto V to create brighter emergency lighting as well as updates textures for the taxi, metro train, and more to dim lighting on those areas.

FiveM Serverside: Uses a FiveM Resource to insert the files into your server.

Grand Theft Auto V Storymode Legacy: Uses a .oiv package installer to install all of the required items into your mods folder.

FiveM Clientside: Uses a .rpf modpack to insert the files into your FiveM application.

- further adjusted police lighting so it isnt super bright at night

- retextured metro, train, and taxi ads so their not as bright

- retextured coronas to make them less bright

- cleaned up backend code

Noch garnicht... Würde dann den Story Modus nehmen.. Da es eine OIV Datei ist würde ich gerne wissen wie ich dies wieder Rückgängig machen kann wenn es nicht gefällt... Meine Erfahrung nach brauch man dann auch wieder eine OIV Datei zum deinstallieren... Gibt es die denn?

Gehen Sie in Ihrem Mods-Ordner zu update.rpf>common>data und entfernen Sie dann die Datei visualsettings.dat

I know the installation is done via a .oiv file, but I would like to know which files it modifies. For example, if the mod makes my game lag. Do you know how I can delete it? Perhaps, a .oiv uninstaller would be great.

If you install it via the mods folder you will just have to delete the update folder from your mods folder.

This mod made my headlights extremely and unrealistically bright. I'd like to know how to delete this mod without losing any of my other mods in my update folder.

This mod removes coronas it might be a mod-conflicting issue but you would need to go into your mods folder and remove the visualsettings.dat.

Might of been a bad idea to remove coronas. This mod looks great with LED lights but the old school rotator lights on some of my CHP vehicles are now basically invisible and barely noticeable even at night except the reflections. Did this change anything other than visualsettings? I hope not or it will be difficult to uninstall.

 

BTW I fixed my issue by just reinstalling visualIV and my preffered visualsettings file. Not sure which file in Aelo killed the CHP rotators. Whats weird is my rotators like the MX7000 on a few lspd cars were fine using aelo.

I can make removing the coronas an optional feature in a future update.
