I got tired of the grey pale bluish uniforms they have. so i made a black or a navy blue edit and also changed the FIB patch to SWAT.

Hope you enjoy it.

Thank you but I don't know, I'm not that experienced with things as far as making HD goes I'm still a nub but if you want the FIB texture just export it from the original file and go in an replace the SWAT texture (with open iv obviously)
