Uniform textures and models converted to GTA V to replicate uniforms used by the police services of Japan. I myself do not know much about Japan let alone their police, this was a request and most of the information and references were provided by other people. This download includes custom models for the pack that were made from edited base game GTA models, models converted from CG Trader, and some models created by myself. The custom models are as follows:
Traffic Police Jacket
Belt Models
Vest Models
Hats
Badges
Pistol Retention

There may be some bugs with the pack. Some models may need the rigging tweaked, or otherwise altered if they conflict with specific models.

--Installation Instructions--
For FiveM addon installation, drag the resource named 'japanese' into your server resource directory, and ensure the resource in your server.cfg.

For FiveM Replacement EUP installation, drag the contents of the mods stream folder, into your EUP resource's stream folder. [THIS MAY OVERRIDE ANY CONFLICTING EUP ADDONS YOU HAVE INSTALLED.]

For Singleplayer EUP Replacement, drag the contents of each respective category, to the matching folders. If the male uniforms belong to the importexport DLC, drag the importexport DLC contents from this mod, into the importexport folder of EUP. The likely path to find your EUP mod is your the following:
GTA Root Folder > Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup

For Singleplayer Manual Installation, you are expected to understand how EUP works. This is so you can tailor the installation to your liking, as to not override anything you already have installed. This may be helpful for FiveM replacement installation as well.

Some vehicles like the ones screenshotted are purchasable. Russia.Mikhail there are 4 free vehicles by him here on LCPDFR. If you want these specific ones from the screenshots you will have to purchase them from 0422_Zadoppe on twitter or if its not his find from other creators. I forgot if he has a website or not but generally if you ask on twitter dms or here LCPDFR I'm sure he'll respond. So as for the vehicles It's up to you.

As for D3ZY's question about EUP being free I'm not quite sure I understand. You can download EUP for free here on LCPDFR by searching Emergency Uniform Pack or pressing the ESSENTIAL MODS tab. If that is your question.

Edit: I completely forgot but you can get some on Booth.pm, though you will have a harder time navigating that website if you dont speak japanese, There are free and paid there. You can also find other free cars of the japanese police on a bunch of sketchier websites but I wont be pointing you in that direction for your safety. But yeah, if the description says non downloadable or purchasable best not to ask in the comments lol.
