Premier Hazard (Code 3 PSE) 7000 series siren amplifiers (7004, 7006, 7007, 7009 and 7109) are used in Hong Kong and The United Kingdom.

The 7000 series sirens shares the same tone that were used in most Hong Kong emergency vehicles since the mid 2000's.

This pack features Wail, Yelp, Pulsar (Hyper-yelp), Hilo and the Airhorn tone from a Premier Hazard 7109 siren controller.

It's very easy.
I knew that other people may include the all the audio files from vehicles.awc for easy installation but I wouldn't since it may violate copyright for Rockstar games.

To install my siren pack, follow this instruction:
First open your OpenIV, head to Grand Theft Auto V\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\, right click on the vehicles.awc and select "Export to openFormats (.oac)"

-You should export to you desktop for convenience

Then, open my pack and extract those 5 audio files to the location where you extracted the vehicle.oac, then replace the files that is already exist.

After that, import the vehicles.oac in your extracted location using OpenIV.

Boom, it's done!

It is probably your Vehicles.awc exceed the file limit,
you can fix that by using the mod I mentioned in the previous comment.

Quote

Get a mod call ELS fix on gta5-mods.com,

it makes useless audio file muted in less than 1 second length and thus reduce total file size of the vehicle.awc.

Here:

https://es.gta5-mods.com/misc/els-siren-not-working-fix

This should fix your problem if everything is installed correctly

And if that doesn't work, try to recover your game file first in order to get the original game sound files,
then copy the sound provided in ELS fix to import instead of import everything directly.

As I said, your vehicles.awc could be corrupted,
try recover your vehicles.awc files and install again

No, I will not do that because it will make the package large and I do not want to include audio files from the game as it may violates copyright from Rockstar Games

But I can help you if we are able to have a private chat (direct message)

How large is you modded vehicles.awc?
If it exceed 16.5 mb then you need to use the "ELS fix" file to reduce overall size of the vehicles.awc.
Any vehicle.awc that has the size larger than 16.5 mb will not work in game.

Problem solved. 2 of the siren tones were not named correctly. After it was changed everything is working fine now.

Hey Bryon0716, could you please tell me what exactly is wrong with the names with the audio so that I can fix it for others?
And also, does your ELS config file set the tones to different audio Hash?

No you can't, this violates copyrights and I never gave you any permission to do so.

Listen here, I have already reported your file and you shouldn't steal mods and reupload it even though a "proper credit" is given.
