i have problems installing it. when i try to put in the oac file into resident.rpf, it says it could not be imported. i searched it up, it says they no longer support oac files. can you fix this, bakerxgooty?

you're doing it wrong that's probably why. You just have to switch out the resident .RPF and thats it. No importing.

Tried to impost the vehicles.oac in openiv and it said

'Some files not imported, more information below.

    vehicles.oac(Line 16): File "vehicles\0x000E3CFA.wav" not found.'

It's there, you're doing it wrong. To make it easier just swap the Resident.rpf in your mods folder if you're trying to use it in LSPDFR

I replaced the Resident.rpf but still get the old siren sound. Do I need to put the raw sound folder somewhere? Thanks

I know this is 3 years old but is there any way to tone down the gunshots? This change my weapon sounds, which sound nice, however they're so loud anyone within a 6 block radius the gunshots sound like its right next to me.
