Hope you all like the skin, this is my first public skin. It is a simple but yet nice looking skin but I hope to make a better looking one soon with different patterns on it. The vehicle used in the images is a Crown Victoria I put together and is not released to the public

Liberty City and Liberty State Police are two diffrent departments. Having both names doesn't make any sense. Use Liberty State Police

Sorry to say, but this skin seems to not be realistic or even "policie". Also "Liberty City State Police" isn't the one to go for a State Police skin. Might want to use Libert State Police. It also seems that you just threw this together without any effort, kinda like you just wanted to rush into making a download. Sorry, but I will not be downloading this skin :(
