Textures for the '91 Chevrolet Caprice of Accurate Studio & GTAPRMedia, of the NYC Transit Police, a department which merged into the NYPD in 1995, and that had the task of protecting the subway system from crimes like violence, vandalism and graffitis.
* It comes with two different textures, installation instructions on the readme.
