CVPI - LC Police Patrol Texture 1.0

This texture is not to be redistributed without explicit permission, it is also LCPD:FR exclusive.

This vehicle was intended as a vehicle for my clan's mod pack. However, we decided on a change of design so, I decided to re-brand the vehicle in LCPD style and release it the LCPD:FR community.

Feedback is appreciated! This includes suggestions for improvement!
