INGAME SCREENS!

I will try and get one... my gta iv isnt all that good but I will try to get a screen and/or video trust me its really really good I wasnt going to release it at first because it was so good XD

It's pretty good, but it's a bit plain. It needs more decals imo.

@sharpcommand okay, I just added a few items onto it does anyone mind me uploading without pics, video will still stay up and everything is basicly the same, just a few more decals as sharpcommand requested sorta xD

Also, I always found it hard to get ideas for skinning, that's why I base mine off real departments, if you know how to insert a picture into your photo editing program, you can texture over it using the right tools, it'd come out perfect! :)

mm thanks for the help and yea it is hard XD I want to learn how to make the whole vehicle itself. I may be able to do real departments but I like keeping my skins based off LCPD

Drag and Drop into the program xDI'd suggest GIMP, its what I use to texture, I'm on my fourth ever texture, the Miami Dade Fire Rescue Ambulance, you can see it in my thread.Just get a good photo of the side of the vehicle, put it in gimp and then increase the transparency of it so you can see the texture template behind it. Sometimes you get lucky and can just scale the image to get the skin, most of the time you have to manually draw around each logo with a tool like the lasso one.

I would do that but 1. its hard to find one im looking for 2. Im pretty sure you can do that with PhotoShop portable cs4 except its copy paste, Im thinking of doing a Franklin County Sheriff skin, I saw it patrol around my little town last night and they normally dont and it gave me an idea XD
