Sweet!where do we find that charger with the window skins.also i noticed if you look at the first pic of the cv.it looks like you need to rotate the driver side and pass side at angles using gimp so it doesnt look funny on top of fender

CS6 Adobe Photoshop does that... however, it dicks with other things. Honestly, the templates and the cruisers are not 100% accurate... more like 95% approximate on getting you close enough. However, I did do a better job with the CVPI Detroit Police "stripe" alignment.

How to use it ???

when I download it all I get are pictures. Where do I get the .wtf and .wtd files?

• Download Spark IV
• Run Spark IV - Select GTA IV - Open the vehicle image within GTA 4.
• Browse for the correct police .wtd file that you're going to edit.
• Replace one or more of the police vehicle skins (2048 x 2048 texture) by importing the downloaded .png skin for the correct vehicle.
• Lastly, rebuild and save image.
