Honestly, the templates and the cruisers are not 100% accurate... more like 95% approximate on getting you close enough. Nutt 490 Author Posted March 8, 2012 Share Download Spark IVRun Spark IV - Select GTA IV - Open the vehicle image within GTA 4.Browse for the correct police .wtd file that you're going to edit.Replace one or more of the police vehicle skins (2048 x 2048 texture) by importing the downloaded .png skin for the correct vehicle.Lastly, rebuild and save image.
