A pack of GTA V vehicles modified into LSPD ELS versions.

This pack includes:

Bravado Buffalo 2nd Generation
Cheval Fugitive
Granger 3000X (SWB)
Vapid Interceptor
Vapid Stanier Cruiser
BONUS - SA license plates for civilian vehicles

Every car is ELSv8 optimized. ELS VCF (vehicle configuration files) are included for every car. Refer to ELS v8 User Guide for more information.

Every car comes in regular (GTA V lightbar) and slicktop variants.

All of the cars except the Fugitive have extra LSSD and LSSD Black & White skins.

This is my first major ELS mod, and because of that, bugs may be present. Please let me know if you find any.

If you want to change the color of the lights, edit lights.dds texture found in a car's .wtd file.

I tried to recreate the lighting setups from GTA V, and due to that no secondary or warning lights are present. Wig-wags are configured and working.

Non-ELS versions are released separately.

Installation:

- Use OpenIV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package.

- Open the vehicles.ide file in your Grand Theft Auto IVcommondata folder, find the lines beginning with the names of the appropriate

models, and at the end of those lines add +livery.

- Enable the replaced models in _SLOTCONTROL.ini file using the provided ELS configuration

I think there is a slight issue with the seats in the Fugitive.

When you have passengers sitting in the back seats, they stick half their head through the roof. This isn't because the roof is low, they actually sit about half a foot clear of the seats.

That's an issue with the model itself, I'll try to fix it or contact the person who converted the model.

Wig wags flash , but the head lights doesn't physically come on, all you see is the radiant flashes any ideas?

Nice! but as for me I was wondering if you could put the Black and white POLICE lettering on the doors like it is in the Real GTA V :D

Only thing I could complain about with this pack is the a police Vapid Cruiser doesn't have any strobes in the reverse lights like all the other cars do. I don't know if it was an over sight or on purpose. Also as for preference the 3 stage lighting system isn't even used. 1 stage rear lights only, 2 stage all red/blues, 3 stage strobes/wig wags/white lights. How it was on our cruisers.

The cruiser works as intended I have only mapped the primaries to be similar to the way GTA V lights work.

Appreciate the response. If you would ever like to make the first stage do something and turn on the rear lights only that would be cool. It is just something from real life experience that can't do here with any car I've ever found. We'll turn on the rear of the lightbar and use the takedown lights to the front at night.

Can you add the handling ? Because the Vapid Cruiser handling is horrible without tuned handling.

Hey, great pack, works wonderfully and all but I want to use the liveries included in each cars' folder, how would I add them? I use SparkIV and from what I see I can only replace textures...

You have to use OpenIV and the Import function in the Texture Viewer.
