Wait, i can't use ELS for any of my car's if i want to use it?

Weeeell, it works partially. You get the siren and the surrounding flashing lights, but the lightbar itself does not flash. The textures flash, but they do not light up like they should do. You only get the textures flashing. Like I said, all kinds of lights are disabled on boats by Rockstar for some reason, that includes the ELS lights themself as they are based on the lightsystem that Rockstar made.

Is this true ??? I have been waiting for ELS enabled boat!! But I was told by many of people that you can't use lights on a boat ?? I am confused ??

Can you make a Template for this puppy ??

The opposite is true. Setting all cars in ELS.ini to Active=0 causes a bug in ELS, which makes EVERY vehicle ELS-enabled.

Screw that thanks cp702 I rather have police cars light bars flash then a boat. I guess we will have to just wait and see what GTA V brings us right ??

As cp702 stated, setting all the ELS vehicles to "0" (inactive) within the ELS.ini file, causes the bug to activate ELS on all vehicles. If the bug allowed the correct environmental lighting, I would actually use it, sadly it doesn't.

Only thing I can see, that may be a bug, or that can be fixed in a later version, is the fact that the boat's floor, is water. and looks like water. :P

LIke nutt said, if this actually worked I would use it. Technically you did get it to work but it really doesn't work since you really cant even see the lights flashing. You get an A for effort and for discovering the bug

I see you have the light problem because of EFLC (No Glow), there is a way to fix it, if you want help tell me.

I don't know how to make template, but if you do you can because the file is unlocked

there is a way to do it the other way. you need to create it in the els file. but you have to make it look just like the other ones there.
