IV Police Radio 1.7 Police radio hotfix

(1 review)

This script allows user's to intimidate criminals using the hand on holster animation.(Much like in GTA V)

Scenario: You pull over a person and get out of vehicle Press Z to activate animation. Once you've dealt with person press X to deactivate animation.

This is only a beta version please test and give thoughts

Credit: Carlos Bray for scripting.

Next version: Hand on shoulder mic animation while using f12 to call in ID

Instructions:

Using open iv add animation file to anim section then go to gta iv scripts folder and add script files.

Update: Added INI to set animation to any key.

Can now discard weapon from side of holster.

ATTENTION:

works only with handgun.

Just add animation using openiv

UPDATE 1.7 Now able to request tow truck Please watch video. Must press T near vehicle officer's want towed.

Please install tow truck model in file. Must replace nstocade can't use other model.

Please Keep me posted on how we can improve this mod all feedback will be taken into consideration ENJOY :)

Hotfix update 1.7

Added a option for players to change what vehicle they'd like the tow truck to be set as. Also added an option to change vehicle select. Meaning the T key can be switched to whatever your desire is. this way it's not interfering with ELS. Repaired overall stability.

yes i copied and pasted the new 1.5 police folder in my scripts folder, but when i go into game it gives me an error message at the top left corner. Any ideas?

So,

For all of you who get an error after you install update 1.5, please do following:

1, Please download update 1.4, copy and paste "NAudio.dll: into your GTAIV game folder.

2, Please download update 1.4, extract "*****@*****.tld" into desktop, then use openIV, go to pc-aim-aim.img, click edit, then click green plus sign, add this new animation mod,

3, Finally, download update 1.5, copy everything into your scripts folder.

Then when you start the game, you will see a text popout said check 1, that means mod will works. When you in a traffic press Y will call for backup.

Do NOT use any other files into update 1.4, just do what step 1,2 and 3 said.

Dont worry the new update is being released shortly TODAY everything has changed we now have a radio on screen like gta v

wait until 1.6 comes today. We now have options for peds. backup can follow you around, place hand on holter etc... Soon we will be able to request K9, Tow truck(Almost done) Create crime scene's Yellow tape, police barriers etc.... ITS GETS BETTER. I am even working on mapping GTA V enterable police station into the Game(But that's much much later) :)hehehe STAY TUNED.

Also When you call for back up you can now use backup as prisoner transport as well. This way much more reliable than the Lcpdfr's normal way. No more cops crashing into you :) hahahaha

Yes you can set key's in .INI change the Home key In the cop function sINI you'll see radio you can change it from HOME also I wouldn't suggst right control maybe left control or right alt

are you downloading the correct version? The Y key no longer works everything works through radio now. once you choose your officers all press the key you have radio set up to. Also cry enb may cause confusion with mod

I was thinking that. As soon as I get the lcpdfr Api down I may try that. As of right now my next project is the flashlight script, then onto callouts. Similar to how the policing script is.
