    F5544's Improved State Trooper ASP/NJSP style (vanilla)

    This is a reskin/model edit for amazing (permission was granted by him). I reskinned it to standard vanilla Alderney State Police/New Jersey State Police style. I also removed extra upper body parts and left only edited vanilla ones.
