    Fat LC Highway Patrol Officers

    The fat LCPD Officers appear to be used very rarely... sure, you gotta use your car and/or weapon more often, but I some kinda like using them and 'cause there are so less mods for them I was thinking of creating a typical Highway Patrol Uniform which fits them just fine in my opinion.     This mod is for those looking for an U.S. Border Protection officer as a standalone install. This character model is from TBoGT (m_y_cop), imported into my stock version of GTA 4 as a separate character (m_y_borderpat). This standalone mod is geared towards those who have police3, police4 and policeb installed - but need a specific Law Enforcement Officer driving them.     State Trooper Jacket Fix Version 1

    ----About This Mod---- This mod improves the texture on the jacket for M_Y_STROOPER (State Trooper). Quality of his jacket is better and the color is more like the LCPD's. His shirt is colored the same as the State Trooper shirt. I know that there's no stripe, the model loads the texture weird, so the stripe looked really messed up. ----Credit---- Custo(Runner335) - I made this.

    New York State Trooper Skin V1.0

    This mod replaces the default State Trooper skin with that of a real New York State Trooper. If you are tired of the old, sky blue State Troopers, and/or want something more realistic, then this is for you. At this time, only the un-jacketed trooper is fully "finished," as he looks much more realistic than the jacketed version.
