me again with another solid base model, this one is older than my 2020 FPIU and also higher quality. Features dials, doors, hood and trunk anims (unlike the 2020), actual good looking tail lights, functional fog lights w/ high beams, DRL comes on with headlights by default but is easily changeable by a competent dev. The glass on the spoiler lights can also be changed to the car texture and is already UV mapped in case you want to get rid of them.Model originally sourced from TurboSquid. I spent weeks on this base a couple years ago, so I hope it finds some good homes here.

What are the TOS and Reseller rights to the base?

Love it btw

I understand the effort it takes to make a decent ELS car, so while I have no issue with you selling custom variants I also ask for it to stay reasonable (e.g. not hundreds of dollars for an hour of just putting random lights on the vehicle). glad you like it btw

Its good to see that someone contributed a nicer and more accurate base than hurks but there are some significant issues that you should really fix. The first issue I have noticed is the hight poly count at 214,527 that should really be optimized down to about 130k. The other issue I have noticed is that the parts that are suppose to be circular such as the gas door is squared off. The final issues I have noticed is that the base is oversized and the textures need a bit of a fix. below is a box that you can scale the entire base to for accurate dimensions.

I third Jacob's comment, and the taillights are not that accurate aswell. And 400k is a bit too much for a base that can be made with the fourth of that.

everything is welcome criticism except for this. I never claimed that it was a low poly base, and 400k is well within the realm of reason in 2020. I've been using it off and on at 400k without a single issue in singleplayer and fivem. The low poly gas cap was an oversight, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the tail lights. The tail lights on mine are the only ones I've ever seen in GTA V that look even remotely accurate and not like they came straight out of Roblox. As for scale, I just took a look ingame and the vehicle is exactly the same height as an online playermodel (~72"), which is admittedly 2 inches taller than what it should be (70"), however it's such a tiny amount that I don't see why it matters.

I would say this base model is a pretty darn good the only thing is certain parts seem a lot lower in poly then some parts, noticed that the mirrors r pretty square. If anybody has experience they could swap out some parts of this explorer and make it pretty good so overall its prob the best free 16 base out there, much more accurate than underwoods.
