Soundoff Signal mPower Lightbar 1.0.0

Hey y'all. 

Here is a quick mPower Lightbar. I know there are some better one's being made for the community, but I really needed this to do some models, so I decided to make it myself. Feel free to use it, but remember to use proper credits when you upload with your files. (You may also release this on cars you intend to be unlocked but make sure you have any other creator's permission to release THEIR items unlocked.) You may convert this file or do whatever you'd like with it.
