The readme points to a link for the Default Interceptor [ELS] which is a broken link. 

Is there an alternative model to use or an alternative link for the Default?

oh, its JJ I'm talking to him about it, I think he deleted all his files, if you want there is another one on lspdfr its the vanilla ELS pack

Great thanks!  Hope there's a way to revive the original file.  But if not and in the meantime, can you pls tell me if this is the other option you had in mind to work with your CBSA skin, the vanilla pack you mentioned (I'm new here):
