  1. Have you reviewed the manual for LSPDFR? https://www.lcpdfr.com/wiki/lspdfr/04/features/
  2. For those who does not know, the Prime Minister of Sweden, Olof Palme, was fatally wounded by a single gunshot while walking home from a cinema with his wife Lisbet Palme on the central Stockholm street Sveavägen. No bodyguards were present due to his preference. Police said that a taxi driver used his mobile radio to raise the alarm, and two girls in a nearby car tried to assist. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital at 00:06 CET on 1 March 1986. The attacker escaped eastwards on Tunnelgatan and then disappeared. It's only now, almost 34 years later, that the murder has been solved. The prosecutors annoucned today that Stig Engström, who committed suicide in 2000, was Palme's murderer. This may not be much of news outside of Sweden, but I thought this is a worthy topic to bring up. Say what you want about his politics, this has been a wound on my country for a long time and I am glad to finally be able to see the events clear, and the murderer revealed. It has been something that has interested me since I was a small kid, since this sort of event was not something that had happened in Sweden before and on top of it - Gone unsolved for this long. I really hope that this is the correct solution and that the case is now closed. Read more here, if you are interested; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination_of_Olof_Palme
  3. What the above poster said, and also, there is no way to know which combo of mods works and which does not, on your machine. The only surefire way is to remove each mod you have installed, except LSPDFR. Test the game. Does it work? Great! Add one plugin. Test. Rinse and repeat. Installing a bunch of mods at the same time without testing in between is bound to create issues.
  4. You'll need to read the manual for the mods you've installed. The mod here is Stop the ped and another which is conflicting.
  5. Took this a long time ago;
  6. I think you're better off messaging one of the moderators regarding this: https://www.lcpdfr.com/staff/
  7. .. which in turn, makes it hard to filter it as well.
  8. Yes, Police 10-13 does not seem to exist anymore. There's a bunch of Youtube videos showing it was basically never going to happen.
  9. It's hard to get people to work gratis, there always needs to be an incentive. A lot of projects like this has been suggested, started and later scrapped because it's too ambitious or people grow tired of the project. To put things into perspective: GTA V was in development for over three years - And that's with a dedicated team of people working full-time. A team of modders working on this as a side project (for free) will take considerably longer. There's another reason these projects usually die out - Time. Most people do not have the energy to work on something for that long. The reason why GTA is used as a base is because it's literally the best thing we have. An open world, which is finished. A game code that is (in relative terms) easy to modify and bend to our will, under certain restrictions. With that said, you are free to start a project like this - Literally nothing is stopping you. I do not mean to put you down. Black Mesa (formerly Black Mesa Source) suceeded in recreating Half-Life 1, although they eventually went the paid route through Steam. But they started out as a free, hobby project.
  10. Do you have any trainers that may have a key bound to spawn attacking peds? Simple Native Trainer comes to mind.
  11. 50 FPS seems pretty reasonable, that's what I get as well. What are your specs? Additional mods?
  12. Well, what are your specs? Do they meet the recommended specs for GTA V? Do you have any other mods (scripts, models, plugins etc)?
  13. Hi, If you put a waypoint down and call for backup, the backup will drive to that position instead of your position.
  14. I just throw a bunch of 80's rock tunes in there and call it a day.
  15. No. But YouTubers have a magic tool called "editing" at their disposal. Probably not showing all their crashes 🙂
  16. I didn't mean to be an arse, truly. I do apologize if you took offence. I was just clarifying as it might be obvious to you, but perhaps not to everyone else reading what with the influx of new members when EpicGames released GTA V for free. If you want, feel free to shoot me a PM and we can continue discussing there as to not derail this particular thread.
  17. It's pretty neat isn't it! We registered in the same year (2010) - Not often you see people from that time still being around! Glad you stopped by.
  18. The error message says what is wrong, please read it.
  19. This, pretty much. The error message says what is wrong and it's up to you to fix it. Off-topic: I wonder when Server Hall Firefighting Sim 2020 will release @EvilJackCarver
  20. Nothing for the moment, wait until it's updated. Or remove ScriptHookV for the moment and just use LSPDFR.
  21. Well, looks like the ScriptHookV site is currently down for maintenance. Nothing to do except wait by the looks of it then. By the way, you do not need ScriptHookV for LSPDFR to work.
  22. If you're running the Epic Games version, it is not supported by Scripthook V at this time.
  23. LCPDFR does not require the Rage plugin hook, as such, that log file will not exist 🙂 RPH is for GTA V. This is GTA IV, LCPDFR. I've noticed the same bugs, but I am not sure there is anything to do about it. Development focus is on LSPDFR and RDRFR.
  24. If you use LML or OpenIV, there is no need to be worried about overwriting stuff in the game, as the files are loaded seperately. Most of the mods on this site (and mods in general) come with a readme (an instruction for how to install the mod downloaded) - Part of modding is learning how to do the basics yourself, it may seem daunting at first but when you get going with the game modding, it really isn't too much to it. In my opinion, it's much better to ask if you're stuck on a specific mod which you are trying to install. As for mods to install, look to our downloads section, see which mods are highly rated or looks good to you. There sadly is no one-size fits all.
