  1. No problem, I am very glad I could be of assistance :)
  2. No, there is no way to save the Police Character. It will have to be redone each time :)
  3. You do not have a ASI loader. I recommend you to carefully read this guide ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) and use the manual installation package from here (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/download/4607-lcpd-first-response/). I think you already have it, but I link it either way.
  4. Sure do that! Oh that's why it's called bootcamp. Silly me. I do not personally use Mac, but hopefully someone else can shed some light on if they also had these issues :)
  5. Can you try playing further into the story? It shouldn't matter, but it never hurts to try. And are you sure you are pressing ALT, and not shift, or ctrl?
  6. Then you can wait until the LCPDFR Group/Clan system is up, or just organize a MP match in that thread. Or use google to find a clan that suits your needs.
  7. Well you didn't mention that. Could I see a screenshot of your GTA IV directory?
  8. If you want to organize a MP match with LCPDFR people you can post here ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) :)
  9. Hello. Try to install LCPDFR manually by following this guide ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) or the LCPDFR User Manual. You will need to download the manual installation package from here http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/download/4607-lcpd-first-response/
  10. Download, run and install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549
  11. Great to hear that! Happy gaming :)
  12. Do that and let me know how it goes :) Does it work without the mods?
  13. Try to manuall install the mod '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Also make sure to run both executables as administrator.
  14. Try to install LCPDFR manually, by following this guide ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) or the one in the LCPDFR User Manual.
  15. Have you made any changes to your system? Installed mods? Did you save while on duty?
  16. The only fix I have is to launch the game outside of Steam at the moment. I don't really know what could be wrong.
  17. Did you manually remove the files from the GTA IV directory then?
  18. Did you uninstall LCPDFR 0.95RC2 then?
  19. This^ No need to start the hype train unless R* makes an announcement.
  20. I recommend you to use the manual installer instead, follow this guide: ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) You will also need to fully uninstall LCPDFR v 0.95RC2 before installing LCPDFR 1.0. Here's a guide for that: (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19)
  21. Yes indeed. That way you will retain the Steam Overlay.
  22. Are you running the game as administrator? Legal copy of the game?
  23. Does it work if you add the exe to steam manually? Do you really need to use steam?
