First, open it up and navigate to the Models folder: Double click on "vehicles.img" Activate Edit mode by pressing the marked button (marked in red in the screenshot). I do not think there is one. You will have to go to the station to recruit one. You can spawn a bodyguard with the simple native trainer (http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/simple-trainer-version-65-f2115) but this ped will not behave as the ordinary LCPDFR partner.

I'd recommend you using OpenIV since it's much easier to use.

And you are sure you are using the latest patch? 1.0.7.0. It needs to be re-applied after each reinstall.

I will not do TeamViewer, because I am fairly certain you can do this. When you are in-game, did you activate the mod by pressing Alt+P?

And you only used one of them, correct? Which steps did you take in-game to get the mod to work?
