Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. GTA IV was not made for laptops in mind. You should really invest in a new PC. It's a very demanding game.

On your GTAIV.exe file, located where you installed the game. Are you using a crack?

It's extremely hard to narrow down the most experienced, dedicated and proffesional developer out there that would be classed as my favorite. Instead, anyone who is passionate about his/her work in the modding scene and remains at a respectful level without pushing other down, but instead helping others out; That is my favorite kind of modder. There are several that fit in on that list, and I am glad to call some of them my friends. It's not easy to state how important modding is for this and other communites really. I'm not a known user of mods, so that has gotta mean something coming from me :P More seriously though, it'll be interesting to see which modders/developers are mentioned.

Further, you should really use LCPDFR 1.0c instead of LCPDFR 0.95RC2.

Right-click and choose run as administrator. Crack = Downloaded game via torrent (like piratebay etc).
