Why do you feel the need to lower the rest of the community down to the same despicable level as the terrorists? I know a lot of people are angry, and rightly so, but punishing them in the same way as they hurted us is wrong. That makes us just as bad. Humanity used to mean something. It shouldn't be thrown away because of rage and disgust.

These are suggestions, not actually implemented ideas.

Been brought up before, LCPDFR 1.0 gives you the basic Tools for policing, not the entire police sim package. That said, there are a few API mods out there :)

Then you haven't deleted all files sadly. Delete any files with the extension *.fr
