In the future, please upload your RagePluginHook.log (text file) found in your GTA main directory. Be sure to give a detailed description of the problem you're experiencing, any changes you made to your game before the problem started happening, and what you've tried so far to fix the problem.

If someone is unable to play their game (without Rage) after verifying the game files and with their mods folder disabled, my next suggestion would probably be to reinstall, yes.

Did you install it into a mods folder? If so, rename your mods folder to _mods and try playing again. If not, verify your game files.

Have you noticed it happening after certain callouts?

In the future, be sure to upload the RagePluginHook.log file from your GTA directory, as it is the most current. Files from the Logs folder are old.

Ensure you have Main.PreloadAllModels = false in your lspdfr.ini

Might check out Functions.IsPedGettingArrested and Functions.GetPedArrestingOfficer. My thought would be that while the first function is true, the second function won't be null, so while A is true and B is not null, an arrest is still being handled.

I don't have any issues with PSR personally, and the crashes from Traffic Policer's ambient events can be fixed by disabling the ambient events in the .ini. No need to remove the entire plugin 🙂

This may not be necessary. Many users, myself included, have no problems using Albo's plugins. Just because a plugin is old does not mean it is broken. I would encourage you to upload your RagePluginHook.log (text file) from your GTA main directory in order to get better, more accurate support. You need to isolate the issue. Does this happen with no plugins besides LSPDFR? When you were installing plugins, did you test them one at a time to ensure each one works? Installing everything at once can makes it more difficult to diagnose the cause. When was the last time your game worked? What did you install between then and now? Have you tried removing those mods and seeing if the game becomes functional again?

PSR has nothing to do with what uniforms your peds wear. Please do not ask people to remove functional plugins that are not causing their original issue. If you do not understand the cause of an issue, it might be a better idea to provide no support than bad support. If the peds spawn (manually or ambiently) with the correct uniforms, then a more likely cause is misconfigured XML files. If the peds don't spawn with the correct uniforms, then it's likely an EUP/SUP installation issue. More information would help narrow down the cause.

If you're talking about RAGENativeUI, do the .dll and .pdb files. The .pdb will help with crash logs if there's ever a crash due to RAGENativeUI.
