One of your crashes was from Arrest Manager, the other seemed to be from LSPDFR. You don't need both STP and Arrest Manager, you can use just one.

Imagine stealing something from the store, finding out it doesn't work, then going back to the store to get help. The employee asks you for the receipt, and you tell them you don't have one because you stole the item. They call the police and you're given a ticket for stealing. You complain about how rude and unhelpful the employees are. The irony of this for a police mod is amazing.

Stealing is a crime, yes.

Nobody is going to share files with you knowing that you are using an illegal copy of the game.

Upload your RagePluginHook.log (text file) from your GTA V main directory.

Update Grand Theft Auto V. Update RagePluginHook. Update LSPDFR. Do those three things before worrying about installing mods to fix your traffic problem.

Computer Plus can cause crashes. A lot of people recommend using CompuLite instead.

It's just a warning from the plugin creator. They can may still work fine.

That mod is for FiveM. My Police Enhancements plugin has a feature that will change intersection lights to green for you if you're running lights/siren. It does not affect AI, though.
